What we store without consent, what only with consent and how to withdraw consent.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage), tracking pixels and content from other companies that the browser loads during a visit (e.g. embedded tours) work in a similar way. When such content loads, your IP address reaches that company.
2. When we ask for consent
Without your consent we only store or read what is strictly necessary for a service you have expressly requested (Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.), for example remembering your choice in the bar or protecting a form. Everything else only runs after your consent. Refusing is as easy as agreeing and refusing has no effect on your order.

We do not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Fonts load from our server, not from Google Fonts. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are only links and load nothing.
4. Meta Pixel
If you allow marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel. Meta then receives:
- your IP address,
- a browser identifier,
- the address of the page visited,
- device data.
Meta may link them to your profile. For the collection and transfer of this data we are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Art. 26 GDPR, CJEU judgment C-40/17 Fashion ID). Meta then processes them as an independent controller and may transfer them to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never use the Pixel on the order page (/z/).
5. Changing and withdrawing consent
Click “Cookie settings” in the page footer. After you withdraw consent, the Meta Pixel stops running and we delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies and the Pixel records in browser storage. You can delete cookies that Meta stored on its own domain in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
