Booking & Scheduling

You can book directly through our website using the online booking form. Select your services, choose an available date and time, enter your property details, and confirm. You will receive an email confirmation immediately.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance for regular shoots. For urgent needs, same-day or next-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule. Weekends fill up quickly, so book early.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before: free. 12-24 hours: 50% fee. Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% fee. Weather-related rescheduling for drone shoots is always free.

Property Preparation

Declutter all surfaces, make beds, turn on all lights, open curtains and blinds. Remove personal items and valuables from view. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. We will send a detailed preparation checklist when you book.

You do not need to be present for the entire shoot, but someone should be there to let us in and ideally stay for a few minutes to point out any special features or areas to avoid. Key handoff is also possible for regular clients.

Typically 1-2 hours for apartments, 2-3 hours for houses, depending on size and complexity. Matterport scans take approximately 1-2 hours for apartments and 2-4 hours for larger properties.

We love pets, but they should ideally be elsewhere during the shoot to avoid them appearing in photos. If that is not possible, let us know and we will work around it.

Delivery & Files

Standard delivery is 24-48 hours. Express same-day delivery is available for an additional fee. You will receive a secure download link via email.

JPEG files in full resolution (print quality, approximately 4000px) and web-optimized versions (approximately 2000px). RAW files are available on request for an additional fee.

Tours are hosted for 12 months by default, included in the price. Extended hosting can be arranged for an additional annual fee.

Pricing & Payment

Yes, prices shown on our website include VAT (20%).

Travel within 20km of Bratislava is included. For other locations, travel costs may apply depending on distance. We will confirm any additional costs before booking.

Yes! We offer volume discounts for real estate agencies and regular clients. Contact us to discuss partnership options.

Payment is due upon delivery of the final files. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Regular agency clients can arrange monthly invoicing.
